Cayer Lane in north Columbia, TN is a work in progress. The property consists of 13 acres of prime commercial land. Two flex buildings are already on the property. One at 6,250 square feet and the second at 7,500 square feet. Our plan is to develop the remaining 9 acres into a commercial corridor with up to 75,000 additional square feet of flex commercial warehouse/office space.
